Officer of the Year

Officer of the year is an award given to one patrolman and correctional officer every year. The recipients were voted by their fellow officers.

Aaron Coleman

Aaron Coleman has been with CCSO since 2020. He started as a correctional officer and transferred to patrol in 2023.

Correctional officer of the year 2024

Thad Lang

Thad has been a correctional officer with the Coles County Jail since 2019.
